This practice always uplifts me. Some days I really have to stretch to come up with 5. Those are precisely the days when I get the most benefit. More and more I’m noticing that a wave of gratitude will sweep over me during the day. No matter what is going on I find I can navigate through it with the best possible outcome. Gratitude Rocks!
